In order to further implement the major national strategies of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, the first carbon neutralization (Xi'an) International Forum jointly sponsored by Shaanxi Provincial People's government, Ministry of ecological environment and Asian Development Bank was held on May 12, on the occasion of the fifth Silk Road International Expo and China East West cooperation, investment and trade fair. The forum invited hundreds of academicians, experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, representatives of relevant state ministries, universities, enterprises and financial institutions, as well as foreign envoys to China.

As one of the co organizers of the forum, Liu Jinping, general manager of Shaanxi blower (Group) Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the round table forum. Focusing on the theme of "two chain integration development towards carbon neutrality", he worked with Ma Jinfeng, executive director of the national and local joint engineering Center for carbon dioxide capture and storage technology, and Zhang Yingke, chief technical expert of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company, Wang xiangzeng, deputy general manager and chief geologist of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd., Li Laixin, Secretary of the Party committee and executive director of Shaanxi coal chemical industry group coalbed methane development and utilization Co., Ltd., Zheng Kaixue, general manager of Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Cao Yang, vice president of Baker Hughes group and President of China region, Hu Yuhua, chairman of West China region of Savills, and other industry scholars and business representatives jointly discussed and collided with the ideological spark of "integrated development of carbon neutral innovation chain and carbon neutral industrial chain".

It is reported that the two chains refer to the "carbon neutral" innovation chain and the "carbon neutral" industrial chain, aiming to explore the strategies and ways for China to actively respond to climate change and achieve carbon peak and carbon neutral under the current situation, discuss the Countermeasures for green and low-carbon development, and promote the construction of an open and shared carbon neutral technological innovation and industrial cluster, Build a platform for carbon neutralization and technology exchange for countries and regions along the Silk Road, and contribute wisdom to the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.
